How Tooaan Works:
- Account Registration: Users create an account using their first name, last name, email, username, and password. All data is securely stored, and passwords are encrypted, ensuring that even admin users cannot access them. Password recovery is possible via the registered email.
- Login and Dashboard: After logging in using email/username and password, users can view all available jobs on the homepage and start completing tasks to earn points.
- Job Posting: Both job providers and task performers can post jobs. Job posts include a title, image, category, number of tasks, points per task, task conditions, and job links.
- Tracking Work: Users can track their tasks under My Work History, see which jobs are approved, pending, or canceled, and report any discrepancies to admin for review.
- Points & Payments: Users earn points for completed tasks and can convert points to cash. Points can be deposited and withdrawn using popular payment methods such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Binance. The conversion rate is 100 points = 1 currency unit.
- Account Management: Users can manage profiles, view balances, deposit points, withdraw earned money, change passwords, and log out securely.
