TOA Earning Rules

• A user earns TOA balance only when unique visitors view and read their content.
• If the same visitor refreshes or revisits the same post multiple times, it will still count as one visit only.
• Users cannot earn TOA from activities like logging in, writing posts, or commenting.
• TOA can only be earned when a user shares their post on a verified social media account and real unique visitors come from that link.

Marketplace Rules

1. Registered users can publish posts to sell legal and valid products or services on the Tooaan.com Marketplace.
2. All buying and selling transactions must be completed through verified Tooaan.com Admins only.
3. If any user is found to be involved in fraud, deception, or illegal activities, Tooaan.com will take strict action according to our policy and cybersecurity laws of the country.

Legal Action and Enforcement
